NightFrost Emergency HVAC operates a phone line and this website. When you call, we connect you with an independent, licensed HVAC provider who serves your area. We do not employ technicians or perform repairs.
Providers in the network quote and perform the work and set their own pricing, availability and warranties. Your agreement for any work is with the provider.
What happens when you call
- Your call is answered or routed automatically based on your location.
- You're connected with a participating provider who covers your ZIP code.
- The provider schedules, quotes and performs the service directly with you.
What we don't claim
- We don't have local offices or our own trucks
- We don't publish ratings or reviews we can't verify
- We don't promise specific arrival times; providers do
- We don't offer prices; providers quote each job
